Today is a good day!
I have just completed my last day of radiation. In the last 46 days, I've had 46 days of chemo and 30 radiation treatments. I am so excited to have a four week break before resuming my chemo, and radiation is over.
My daughters surprised me by all showing up for a "Ringing of the Bell Ceremony," that is done following the end of your radiation treatment and then had a special lunch back at our home. Jeff and I are celebrating by going out tonight.
It has been a special day!
